Letter from the President: I would first like to welcome our new board and thank them for taking time to be a part of our association. We have some exciting things happening in the coming months meetings. News4 will be facilitating a Community Forum at the August 19th Meeting from 7-7:30PM. There is a chance this forum will be aired at some time. Bring your questions, comments and concerns regarding child care. Immediately following the Community Forum will be Baby Sign. Please look in the Newsletter for future meeting topics. Thank you very much to Kallie Leyba for being our speaker for the last 2 meetings. Thank you so much to Vickie Lord Anderson, Leanna Morton and Denise Barrow for all their hard work in the past years. Vickie and Leanna have moved on to jobs outside of their homes and we wish them a great deal of success. We are happy that Denise is still doing licensed child care and will continue to help the board. If you would like to help with the board or associate positions, please contact Chris Heidinger or Kallie Leyba. I look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting as well as a great year ahead.
